A chat about Coronavirus…how we plan to keep you safe

We thought we should have a quick chat about Coronavirus…

Our priority is always the safety of all our clients and our team. We’re following all government guidelines rigorously to keep our salons running as smoothly and safely as possible. We are continuing to adapt our ways of working to help you feel as comfortable as possible while you’re with us.

We have created new private rooms at both salons which will be made available to vulnerable clients as a priority for all hair services on a one to one basis with your chosen stylist. If you would like to request one of these rooms for your appointment, please speak with our customer care team who will be happy to help.

We would kindly ask that you arrive at the salon at the time of your appointment, not earlier, so as to avoid too many clients waiting together at any one time.

We are staggering our appointment times to ensure that there is more space and that you can spend less time in salon if needed. We would greatly appreciate if you could be flexible if we need to rearrange your appointment time slightly to make this possible.

We’ve introduced recyclable paper cups for all drinks.

We’ve removed all magazines, so please feel free to bring a good book with you.

We would ask that all payments be made by card to avoid our team having to handle cash at this time.

All our team are of course still following strict cleaning routines in between each client and throughout the day. Hand sanitiser and paper towels will continue to be made available for all clients and staff.

As the situation is constantly changing, we of course anticipate a short period of forced closure at some stage, so would like to encourage you to bring any pre-booked appointments forward while we are still “business as usual“.

We’ll be posting updates on our social media regularly so make sure you’re following us. All links are below.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support. We hope to be continue to be a source of escapism for you in these strange times.

Air-hugs and love,

The Love the Salon Team
