Late arrivals
We love to keep things running smoothly and appreciate your help with this. We understand that working life is pretty hectic and we’re happy to wait for you as long as we sensibly can: but please make sure that you arrive in reasonable time for your appointment! Unfortunately, if your late arrival means we have to reorganise our day, you will be asked to re-book your appointment and charged 50% of the cost of the treatment you had booked.

Missed appointments & late cancellations
We love to see you, but if you really must cancel an appointment with us please cancel at least 24 hours before your booked treatment! The customer is always right, but it’s left to our judgement whether or not a late cancellation or missed appointment will incur a 50% charge.

Skin tests
We love your skin just as much as you do! We’d hate anything to happen to it, so help us to take care of your skin by following our testing recommendations. To reduce the risk of a reaction, we love to do skin tests for all of our products that you have not used before. So, if you’ve not had a colour or tint, or have not used Dermalogica product treatments before, then we suggest you have a skin test before you have your treatment! If you’re too busy to wait for this test, or decide not to have one, then Love the Salon and its staff cannot be held responsible in the very unlikely event that any reaction should occur.
